Anodizing
One of the most popular treatments on aluminium rollers, anodizing improves the mechanical capabilities in terms of hardness, resistance, corrosion, and wear.
It is divided into:
• Hard anodizing (with high thickness) • Natural anodizing
It is also possible to colour with pigments that penetrate the oxide layer.
Chrome plating
It allows to increase the mechanical performances by hardening the surfaces and increasing the resistance to wear from sliding.
Nickel plating
It allows to increase the mechanical performances by hardening the surfaces and increasing the resistance to wear from sliding. Treatment through which, through special preparation, it is possible to proceed with the electrolytic nickel process which gives good resistance to corrosion and excellent aesthetic properties. This treatment is particularly suitable for decorative functions.
Plasma Coating
Surface treatment that uses the energy of plasma obtained from the ionization of gas, to melt filler material which is in the form of powder. This process offers various benefits, depending on the type, such as: resistance to mechanical wear and corrosion, insulating or conducting, creation of thermal barriers.
Ceramic coating
Maximises mechanical properties in terms of resistance to sliding wear.
Rubber and polyurethane coatings
Coatings with colour, hardness and specifications tailored to your needs with all types of binding and spiral binding.
Sandblasting
It allows you to have more grip by selecting the desired level of roughness (often follows the hard anodizing treatment).
Seriflonatura
Treatment that adds PTF in the electrolytic oxidation process.
Corking
Treatment that allows the surface of the rollers to be coated with cork tapes. Suitable for specific applications.
Teflon coating
Treatment that allows to obtain a better chemical resistance of the materials, non-stick and smoothness.
